SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of our items, each product is made as ordered and requires a few days of production time. When your order ships we will provide you with a tracking number. Ground shipping usually has a 2 to 5 business day transit time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of our shop and items, we normally do not accept returns or refunds. Each item will be made exactly as described, so we encourage you to thoroughly read the product description and shop policies.  Returns will be considered on a case by case basis.

     Our shop is located in North Carolina, USA

     We ship to 48 states in the U.S. plus to Canada and the UK.

4) When will I receive my order?

     All orders are handmade in the order they are received. We provide a production time for each item as well as an estimate of how long it will take to reach you after it has shipped.

  • Our orders are HANDMADE. Handcraftsmanship takes time. Our leadtime is always provided in advance and it allows us to make the best piece possible.

  • We believe in prompt and straightforward communication with our customers. Please remember however that we are a small, family run shop. We do not have a call center. We can only read or respond to emails during business hours. Information concerning when an order will be received will be sent at the time of ordering.
